Boarding & Training Facilities

We are a family owned and operated business.

We take care of the horses, clean the stalls and do all of the training and maintenance ourselves.

We live on the farm, so you can rest assured that someone is always here to look after for your horse.  

As an added comfort, our veterinarians live within five miles of our farm. So, quality care is never very far away.

Veterinarian Services are provided by:

 Dr. Kim Krivet, North Star Equine

Dr. Kent Dean, Southern Oaks Animal Hospital

We have several quality farriers available at your preference.

Boarding

Our Boarding Facilities include:

· Heated Barn

· Hot & Cold Wash Room

· 12' x 12' Stalls 

· Fresh Shavings Weekly

· Automatic waterers

· Quality Name Brand Feeds

· Quality Hay or Alfalfa

· Daily Turnout

· 50' Roundpen

· Riding Trails on the premises

· Riding Ring (under construction)

· Break & Restrooms

· Large Pastures

· Blanketing & Flymasks

· Tack Room & Blanket Storage

· On site horse trailer parking

*We are also in the process of adding a front entrance gate for added securtiy.

Extra Ammenities & Services for additional fee:

· Indoor Treadmill for inclement weather or training purposes.

· Handling Breeding Stallions & Mares - We have a Breeding Dummy 

and Stocks available for collecting & shipping semen & AI of mares.

Boarding Fees:  

All fees are on a per month basis.

All Board includes feed, bermuda hay, bi-monthly rotational worming, daily turnout & stall cleaning.  

· General Board - $275

· Board w/ Alfalfa - $300

· Pasture Board - $175

· Stallion or Mare in foal or foal at side - $375

· Individual Turnout - $375

· Treadmill Use - $25

· Multiple Horse Discount - $25 per horse

· Breeding Services arranged on a per client basis.

Training:

Our Training Services include:

· Fitting For Halter

· Starting Under Saddle

· General Handling

· Riding Lessons

Training Fees:  

All Boarding Services are included w/ Training Fees.

· Fitting For Halter - $500

· Starting Under Saddle - $600

· General Training for manners & handling - $400

· Riding Lessons - $25 per hour

 * Other fees for annual vaccinations, veterinarian care, farrier services, 

medicines,or supplies are charged accordingly as the service is requested by client.
